was lined with cars as costumed residents gathered for a community
party to safely celebrate Halloween.
The combination of safety and convenience have prompted more
area communities to host Halloween events in public area.
Osage City hosted, including Trick-or-Treat on Market Street
on Halloween. Burlingame hosted a Trunk-or-Treat event downtown
Sunday evening, with Carbondale and Overbrook hosting similar
events on Monday.
