Join the fun as Oktoberfest gets underway Friday and Saturday in Overbrook. The event will feature authentic food, drinks, crafters and artists at the Overbrook Fairgrounds. There is no admission fee.

On Friday, the keg will be tapped at 4 p.m., kicking off the celebration. Dancers will perform at 4:30 and 7 p.m., with a pottery demonstration by Trent Freeman at 5:30 and 7 p.m. Festivities continue until 10 p.m.

On Saturday, an Old Yeller Lawn Tractor Pull contest begins at noon. The Schuhplattler Dancers will perform several times, with pottery demonstrations by Freeman. The John Zibert Jr. Band will play form 1-5 p.m., followed by the Heath Delaney Band from 6-10.
