Lyndon plans Christmas parade
The USD 421 Endowment Association is sponsoring the 20th Annual
Lyndon Christmas Parade at 10 a.m. Dec. 13.
After the parade, children can be photographed with Santa for a
fee at Lyndon High School. Byron Jordan, Lyndon, will be the photographer.
Refreshments will be provided.
The association will also host a Christmas Bazaar at the Lyndon
High School gym. To add to the day’s festivities, the American
Legion Auxillary will serve the annual soup luncheon at the American
Legion Hall, beginning at 11 a.m.
Entries are still needed for the Christmas parade. Anyone wishing
to enter the parade should contact Barbara Schattak or Julie Stutzman
at Lyndon City Hall at (785) 828-3146 during the week or (785) 221-7994
weekends or evenings. |
